Mock Tower Lofts & Jumpin Jo's Java House

Johnstown, PA   The former Gately and Fitzgerald Furniture store located in downtown Johnstown at 137 Clinton Street is now home to a coffeehouse and 7 new loft apartments. Developers Alan and Nadia Mock purchased the structure in 2005 and have completed the first floor coffeehouse and upscale condominium lofts. The Redevelopment Authority helped the Mocks with brownfield assessment funds to perform an ASTM Phase I Environmental Assessment for the 80 year old building which had been vacant for some time.
